Located 10 miles east of Winchester in New Alresford, a Georgian market town; serves the town and surrounding villages; nursery on site, as well as a health and fitness suite open to the community and an outdoor floodlit Astroturf all-weather pitch. School councils, prefects, mentors, and citizenship projects. Each year there are a number of visits that support the curriculum and the aims of the school. Physical education department takes students abroad on dance and rugby tours. At lunchtime and after school, students can choose to take part in extended learning programme; activities include photography, film club, ICT, chess, war games club and wide range of sporting activities.
