Background:
Titchfield Primary School is a village primary school on the outskirts of Fareham. It was built in 1935 and is on one level. The school has its own playing fields and woodlands. Musical opportunities include orchestra, steel-pan band, brass, wind and string tuition. There is also a lunchtime leaders programme, which provides clubs and activities for all pupils run by older pupils. Football, netball, craft, drama, and country dancing are all provided as after-school clubs. The school aims to complete the Healthy Schools' award in 2004.
