Background:
The Crescent Primary School is a primary school for boys and girls. The age range of the pupils is four to 11. The Crescent uses ICT as an educational resource to support all areas of the curriculum. It believes access to ICT is an entitlement for all pupils. It has a fully equipped ICT Room and a P.C in every classroom, all of the computers are networked. Teachers and staff at the Crescent Primary School encourage its pupils to play a positive role in contributing to the life of school and the wider community. A wide range of extra-curricular activities are offered at lunchtime and after-school. These activities include football, netball, cricket, hockey and rugby. The school aims to provide a happy, positive atmosphere which encourages children to enjoy attending and want to learn.
